According to court documents, she now alleges assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and more.
The most serious claims stem from a business trip to San Francisco, where Pisciotta says Kanye made unwanted sexual advances while they were staying at a hotel during the early stages of building his Donda school.
She alleges that things escalated during a late-night writing session in his hotel suite, where Kanye masturbated in front of her and made unwanted physical contact before falling asleep mid-conversation.
In another disturbing claim, Pisciotta says Kanye forced his way into her hotel room, allegedly pushed her onto the bed, and sexually assaulted her, including forcing her into a non-consensual act. She says she was frozen in fear, begged him to stop, and that he later apologized before leaving the room.
One of the more shocking accusations includes Pisciotta’s claim that Kanye offered her as a “sexual gift” to another individual in exchange for sleeping with that person’s partner. She alleges this was not an isolated incident, saying Kanye routinely offered women similar things.
In her earlier amended complaint filed in May, Pisciotta also alleged that Kanye drugged her during a studio session reportedly hosted by fellow artist Diddy.
As of the time of this report, Kanye West has not issued a public response regarding the latest allegations.
